Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of the odictAI admissions platform: applicant review, approval workflows, interview workflows, outreach logging, and enrollment tracking for universities and authorised staff.

1. Acceptance

You must be 18+ and authorised to act for your institution. By accessing the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

odictAI provides an agentic admissions workflow platform including applicant import, AI-assisted review, transcript and essay checks, interview capture, workflow desk, outreach logs, and pipeline analytics.

Features may change. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated to account administrators where practicable.

Not a final admissions decision. Platform outputs are recommendations and review signals for your admissions team. Your institution retains all final admit/deny authority.

3. Accounts & security

Institutional accounts are for authorised admissions staff only. You are responsible for credential security and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

4. Applicant data & privacy

You are the data controller for applicant personal data you upload. odictAI processes data on your instructions to deliver the Services.

  • Data may include transcripts, essays, contact details, interview recordings, and evaluation outputs.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • Retention follows your plan and configuration; deletion requests honoured subject to legal obligations.
  • Security: encryption in transit; access restricted to authenticated institutional users.

International transfers may occur where subprocessors operate globally. Contact legal@odict.ai for DPA requests.

5. Billing & credits

Enterprise and institutional contracts are agreed separately. Where self-serve credits apply, fees are shown at purchase. Payments processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe). Credits and usage limits are described in your account page.

Refund terms for self-serve purchases: contact info@odict.ai within 30 days. Enterprise terms in signed agreements prevail.

6. AI & automation

Automated review may surface transcript formats, essay authenticity, or inconsistencies. Unsupported formats are routed for institutional review; the system must not be relied on as sole basis for rejection.

Interview recordings are stored for institutional assessment. Candidates should be informed recording will occur where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the service, or process data unlawfully. We may suspend accounts for abuse or security risk.
